'Love food Hate Waste'
Research into household food waste in the UK has revealed that we are throwing away 6.7m tonnes of food a year, worth around £8 billion. That's a third of all the food we buy heading straight for the bin. Some of this is made up of peelings and bones, but the majority is, or once was, perfectly good food. However the cost is not purely financial, this waste of such a valuable natural resource is, bad for the environment and a major contributor to climate change. For tips on how to reduce your food waste go to: www.lovefoodhatewaste.com which features recipes for left overs by top celebrity chefs.

Gift vouchers for days out or donations to charities can be just as exciting; these types of 'memorable' gift are becoming very popular and prevent unwanted gifts. There are many to choose from just look online to find more!
